This is not a set built for visitors. It is a working farm that opens its table to the people who come and spend the day.
A farm that feeds its own table
Dayat Bennabet is a working organic farm. What you eat during the day comes from here or from next door, and that is the whole difference in taste.
The orchards and the aromatic and medicinal plants are grown without chemicals. It is also why the table changes through the year: the kitchen cooks what the season gives.
Family-run
The farm is run by the family hosting you. For the day you are their guests, not passing customers.
No chemicals
Fruit trees, aromatic and medicinal plants: everything grows here, naturally, and ends up on the plate.
Outdoors
The forest, the fields, the animals: the day happens outside, and that is the entire point of coming out here.
